Metallica Discography

Master of Puppets (1986) was the third studio album recorded by the thrash metal band Metallica. This is arguably Metallica's most iconic album due to massive popularity of the song Master of Puppets, even making its way into the TV series Stranger Things. However, this album contains the song Orion, which I believe to be Metallica's greatest instrumental and highest caliber track on Master of Puppets. Bassist Cliif Burton's incredible display of technical expertise in the middle of this song, for me, epitomizes Master of Puppets.
